Castlebrook Developments are happy to discuss your ideas and provide advice on Planning Permission requirements, along with the correct method of construction to meet the requirements of the Building Regulations.

We can take your ideas and work with you to develop your design, producing detailed drawings for your works, if required submission to the Local Authority.

If Planning Permission has already been obtained, we are able to liase with you or your Architect in order to provide a quotation for the works. We will use our expertise to advice you on ways to obtain best value for money on the project.
